Cancellation Policy
- 💳 A credit card is required to book all appointments at The Studio. All payments are processed securely through Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your payment information is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
- 💸 All service charges are NON REFUNDABLE
- 📅 Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours cancellations will be charged half the quoted price.
- ⚠️ No-call, no-shows will be charged half the quoted price.
- 🤝 By booking an appointment with The Studio, you agree to these terms and conditions.
